The Museo del Prado has presented a new and fundamental step in its plan to reorganize its collections with the incorporation into the Permanent Collection of 176 works from its 19th-century collection: 152 paintings, 2 watercolors, 21 sculptures and an architectural model. This completes its historical overview and means that the Museum’s display is now more comprehensive than ever before.
