“艺创宣言”（Statements）展区是巴塞尔艺博会推出新晋艺术家的专区，策展人搜寻全球最具潜力的新晋艺术家，让他们在这个国际舞台上初试啼声。每年最优秀的两位展出艺术家将会获颁发巴洛斯艺术奖（Baloise Art Prize）。巴洛斯集团将会购买获奖者作品并捐赠给欧洲各大艺术机构。
