艺术的分门别类本身难以界定，我个人认为中国没有真真意义的抽象，所以我把自己的作品归纳为意象，就是像和不像之间。意象创作或以创作为根基的评介像是一个不规则的圈，我身在其中，自觉方圆。到现在，我找到了进入其里的契合点，顺势摸爬，越往后越觉开阔。它是一道口子，拨开，里面是大把诱人的新鲜。
意象艺术的汇集点太多，更多时候是一厢情愿的臆想解读，但都成立，所见即所得，但不表示创作的无意识或无意图。我没想过要摒弃传统，能存留到现在的必有可取处，我要做的便是将禅宗的因素和相对前卫的符号，在同一个系统不出差错的黏合在一起，至尽至善。

画作之外，悟禅是更为通化的精神领域。它的波及面广，渗透强，是我创作上的极大推力，更是某个时段心领神悟快感的由来。静思所得是我创作的根源，以其为铺垫，是理想化的安定，是封锁不封闭的革命。
